
I’m thinking about getting back into my daily gratitude journal. Those days were my happiest days. I mean journaling just works, right?
Today, I woke up early and did my workout as usual. Even when I was at my lowest point, mentally, I never skipped my workout routine. It kept me sane. It really did. I’m on a break right now, and I’m thinking about working out harder. My RingFit kit has been left to gather dust for ages. I have to use it now.
So, I went out and bought more gym clothes this afternoon, with a discount, of course. I was pretty happy with my purchase and can’t wait to wear a new outfit tomorrow. I already washed and dried everything I bought today. That was how excited I was.
My husband and I had brunch at the restaurant in our neighborhood where we order delivery all the time but had never actually been there. The place was nice, but it was so loud. I didn’t want to go there again. The food was great as usually, so we thought we were going to stick with delivery.
Today, I’m grateful for pretty much everything: the workout, the brunch, the purchase. And my husband.
