It was a productive day today even though it was unbearably hot. The weather was so terrible, but we were saved by the AC. I’m almost done packing my suitcase. Tomorrow, I’ll just need to grab a few more things and clean the house a bit. Everything went so smoothly today.
I’m super excited about the trip. During this trip, I’ll be daydreaming about my work. I know it sounds weird. It’s just what writers do. I finally have the rough plot in my head right now and only need to fill in some detail before I start writing when I return from my trip.
It was another day that I was grateful to myself for doing what I was doing.
