I did something meaningful today. I translated my TGCF fanfiction into English and posted the first chapter on Ao3. I was amazed that people found my work and even gave me kudos. There are like tons of TGCF fanfiction on Ao3 and people read my work. I cannot even describe how happy that makes me feel.
I really love TGCF. If you don’t know about this, it’s a Chinese novel series called Heaven Official’s Blessing (Tian Guan Ci Fu). It’s such a good story about the journey of the martial god Xie Lian and his believer Hua Cheng who later became a ghost king.
I hadn’t really liked anything this much in a very long time until I found this story. It means a lot to me, and writing the fanfiction really gives me energy.
A few days ago, I decided to pause all my Thai novel projects and focus on my English novel. In the meantime, though, I will still continue to write fanfiction.
Today, I’m grateful for the TGCF fandom, my friend who invited me to Ao3, and another friend who supported me through this journey.
